Andrew WarivonchikUnited Waterproofing installed french drains around the perimeter of my finished basement eight years ago, after repeated incidents of minor flooding and displaced tile flooring. Since then, there have been no problems. Earlier today, I noticed that the pipe leading from the basement outside the house had cracked, likely due to an encounter with a lawnmower. With heavy rain expected tonight, I reached out to United. My call was returned within minutes. By early afternoon, Giovanni came (and I live about 45 minutes away from United's office) and handled the repair. It's raining steadily now, and I don't have to be concerned with water cycling back into the basement, which likely would have happened if the pipe hadn't been repaired. It's rare to find this level of customer service today.

Giovanni worked with my husband over the phone and then came in person in very quickly to check out the issue!
